What is Rapid Transformational Therapy?
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a powerful therapeutic approach that combines the most beneficial principles of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). RTT aims to deliver fast and effective results by accessing the subconscious mind to identify and reframe limiting beliefs, leading to profound and lasting change.
Anger Management
Do you find yourself resorting to name-calling when you're angry? Do you become upset when asked to open up and share your feelings? Are you often impatient? Do your family members or children feel scared to talk to you?
Admitting to having anger issues can be difficult, especially when it affects those we care about the most.
If any of these questions resonate with you, it might be time to consider anger management therapy.
Anger issues are more common than you might think, and acknowledging the problem is the first step towards making a change. Managing anger effectively isn't always easy, but together we can create a personalised plan just for you.
Habits, compulsions and cravings
These involve persistent, unwanted thoughts, images, or urges that cause anxiety or distress.
People will often find it extremely challenging to dismiss or ignore these thoughts. They also engage in compulsive behaviours as a way to counteract or alleviate the distress caused by their obsessions.
Common signs, according to the Mayo Clinic, are:
-
Intrusive thoughts
-
Constant checking
-
Constant counting
-
The repeated cleaning of one or more items
-
Constantly checking the stove or door locks
-
Fear of contamination
-
Hoarding
-
Thoughts that you might be harmed
-
Thoughts that you might cause others harm
Disordered Eating
The reasons behind harmful eating habits are often complex and vary from person to person. Individual therapy can help you explore your past to understand what has contributed to these behaviours and learn to accept and love yourself as you are. Working with a therapist, you can also develop healthier habits and effective coping mechanisms for challenging triggers.
If you're facing challenges with disordered eating and need support, a licensed therapist can assist you in creating healthier habits for both your body and mind. Contact our office today to schedule a consultation.
Therapy for Low Mood
Experiencing any of the following feelings:
-
Feeling worthless and powerless to change it.
-
Feeling guilty for wanting to eat, sleep, and be alone.
-
Disliking who I've become.
-
I can't stop crying, which makes me want to isolate myself.
-
I feel an intense, unrelenting pain that no one understands.
-
My life and the world around me feel dark. I hate it, but I can't see a way to change it.
It's important to know that you're not alone, and help is available. Many of my clients find comfort in understanding that their struggles don't define them, and that there are numerous ways to regain hope and joy in their lives.
I recognise the social stigmas associated with depression, and I strive to help clients navigate their environmental, biological, and situational factors while providing compassionate support during this challenging time.
If you're ready to lighten this burden and reconnect with your true self, reach out to me today for a free consultation.
Self-Esteem Therapy
Do you frequently feel awkward and self-conscious in social situations? Are you always comparing yourself to others and feeling like you fall short?
Self-esteem reflects how we perceive and value ourselves. High self-esteem brings feelings of confidence, balance, and worthiness of love. Those with low self-esteem often experience shame and self-doubt, feeling overly critical of themselves and unworthy of love or praise.
Treatments
The good news is that self-esteem can be improved by changing your beliefs, behaviour, and how you think about yourself. However, many people develop self-esteem issues in childhood and have been living with low self-esteem for a very long time. For this reason, it is recommended to seek the guidance of a trained therapist.
RTT Rapid Transformational Therapy
RTT draws on the science of neuroplasticity and integrates key elements of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and neuroscience.
How does it work?:
To understand how RTT works, let's consider the mind as having two distinct parts: the conscious and the subconscious. Your conscious mind is your thinking mind, the part that analyses everything and makes you aware of your thoughts, such as a recent conversation, a project you're working on, your to-do list, or what you'll have for dinner.
On the other hand, your subconscious mind operates like an autopilot. It manages involuntary functions like breathing, your heart beating, and blinking. It keeps you alive without conscious effort. We function from our subconscious mind about 95% of the time. This part of the mind acts like a vast library, storing all our experiences, which shape our understanding of the world and our place in it.
The beliefs we develop influence our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Sometimes, these old beliefs need to be revisited, as they might be holding us back and affecting our behaviour negatively. Think of your subconscious mind as a video camera that records continuously with no off switch. When we engage our conscious mind, we can control where we focus, edit out distractions, and highlight what matters most. Our conscious mind only perceives a small portion of the information we are constantly recording.
Like reviewing security footage, watching events for a second or third time provides valuable insights. We notice more details, form new understandings, and see things differently.
Seeing things differently allows you to release the meanings attached to past events, leading to greater freedom than ever before.
I have had 4 interviews now and I believe your hypnotherapy helped me so much with my recent ones! I hadn't fully completed the 21 days for my first 2 and I was a nervous wreck! But after completing your course I attended 2 more interviews and felt like a different woman! I was so much more relaxed during these interviews and felt more confident thinking on my feet.
Thank you!!
Looking forward to working with you all again in August.
